Another Nicolas Maduro Distraction?

The Maduro regime has cried wolf many times about the United States trying to overthrow it, which makes it hard to know when they are telling the truth, or when they are making things up to distract the Venezuelan people.  The latest accusations against the US came  form Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino, this past Sunday.  In a televised interviewed he said that "an intelligence plane for the U.S. Coast Guard took off from the air base in Curacao and violated our air space."  
Could it be possible that the December 6 Parliamentary elections is making the Maduro regime nervous?  

The Legalization to Murder Protesters in Venezuela

The January 27^th, 2015 resolution by the Minister of Defense, General Vladimir Padrino López, is a declaration to murder Venezuelan protesters. This resolution supports the use of firearms and other weapons against “immediate aggressions” according with the Minister. This goes against Article 68 of the Venezuelan Constitution. In this Article, the use of firearms and toxic substance to control peaceful protests is prohibited.

Protests in Venezuela have emerged against the regime’s inability to solve the country's economic and security crisis. The economic chaos of Venezuela, today is reflected in the frequent long lines to obtain food and products.

It is pretty clear that this new resolution is a desperate move by the Maduro regime to oppress dissidents. Nicolas Maduro is again focusing his attention on oppression and human rights violations instead of solving the Venezuelan immediate economic problems.
